Dr. Janine Hopkins, MD, FAAD Founder & Chief Executive Officer Dr. Janine Hopkins is a board-certified dermatologist, entrepreneur, and inventor of CuraCator™, a sterile, single-use medical applicator designed to enhance the precision, safety, and efficiency of biologic and topical delivery across dermatology, plastic surgery, regenerative medicine clinics, and medical spas. With more than 30 years of clinical experience and ownership of two thriving dermatology practices in Louisiana and Texas, Dr. Hopkins developed CuraCator™ in response to real-world procedural challenges — including biologic waste, workflow inefficiencies, inconsistent topical application, and safety risks associated with traditional syringe drip techniques. She pioneered the CuraCator™ Clinical Method, a standardized approach to application that improves control, precision, and product utilization during microneedling, laser resurfacing, PRP treatments, exosome therapy, and advanced topical delivery. The method elevates how biologics and high-value topicals are applied — reducing waste, enhancing distribution consistency, and supporting safer procedural workflows across physician practices and medical spas alike. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trinnovations, Inc., Dr. Hopkins leads corporate strategy, product development, clinical research initiatives, manufacturing oversight, capital strategy, and national growth planning. Dr. Hopkins is actively engaged in clinical practice, education, and research, positioning CuraCator™ at the intersection of innovation and practical application. |
